People act like healing is this gentle, pretty thing.
Like you light a candle, write in your journal, cry a little, and boom — transformation.

But let’s be real:
healing is work.
Emotional work. Mental work. Physical work.
It takes energy. It takes time. It takes everything out of you sometimes.

STILL:heal is here to say:

If you’re exhausted… that makes sense.
If you’ve pulled away from things that no longer fit… that’s valid.
If it feels like you’re “not doing much,” but you’re emotionally processing every day… you’re doing a lot.

Healing isn’t a weekend project.
It’s a full-time, day-by-day kind of thing.
Some days, you make big strides. Some days, just getting out of bed is the win.
Both count.

So if you’re in it right now — in the slow, invisible, non-linear part —you’re not behind.
You’re just healing.
