Think of coasting on a bike.

You’re not “stopped.” You’re letting the effort stretch.

That’s valid. That’s needed.

There are seasons where the best thing you can do is ride the energy that’s already here
not force more of it.

Coasting isn’t laziness.
It’s rhythm.
